IP65 protected video monitors are designed for monitoring applications where increased protection against dust and water exposure is required. They can be used in outdoor, industrial and other demanding environments where a standard unprotected monitor may not be suitable.
Depending on the model, available features can include high-brightness displays, HDMI connectivity and touchscreen operation. What does IP65 protection mean for a video monitor?
An IP65 rating means that the rated part of the monitor is protected against dust ingress and against water jets. Are IP65 monitors suitable for bright outdoor environments?

HDMI and other display interfaces are available on selected products, but the connection options are not identical across the category.
