Used batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. They can be returned free of charge to our shipping warehouse. Batteries containing certain hazardous substances may be marked with the chemical symbols Cd (cadmium), Hg (mercury) or Pb (lead) in addition to the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol.

- up to 41 days: 30% cancellation fee
- up to 29 days: 50% cancellation fee
- up to 13 days: 80% cancellation fee
- less than 6 days: 100% cancellation fee
Condition: only if no alternative rental is possible; cancellation must be made in text form (e-mail, fax, letter).
