RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CVC Volker Bier, Bahnhofstraße 62, 66629 Freisen, Germany, info@cvc.de, Phone: +49 6855 996046, Fax: +49 6855 996047) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.cvc.de/widerruf.html. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website at https://www.cvc.de/widerruf.html. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
