Lilliput TK719/T 7 inch IP65 touch monitor

The Lilliput TK719/T is a professional 7-inch industrial touch monitor with a capacitive 10-point touchscreen and a high screen brightness of 1000 cd/m². The robust metal housing, the IP65- and NEMA-4-protected front panel, and the option for panel mounting make the monitor a compact solution for industrial control and visualization systems.

The LCD panel has a native resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels in 16:10 format. A contrast ratio of 800:1 and viewing angles of 170° horizontally and vertically enable a clear display of control interfaces and process information.

The TK719/T is particularly suited for industrial HMI systems, machine operator stations, interactive control terminals, and technical installations requiring direct on-screen operation.

The TK719/T features a capacitive PCAP touchscreen with support for up to ten simultaneous touch points. This allows graphical user interfaces to be operated directly and intuitively.

According to the manufacturer, the touch technology also supports operation with wet hands and suitable protective gloves, such as those made of rubber, latex, or PVC.

This makes the touch monitor suitable for industrial workplaces where direct operation under demanding environmental conditions is required. The actual touch functionality when using gloves depends on the type and material of the gloves.

The high screen brightness of 1000 Nits supports good readability in strong ambient light. The automatic brightness control (Auto Dimming) adjusts the backlight to changing lighting conditions.

The integrated light sensor enables automatic regulation of display brightness. Additional manual adjustment options are available for individual applications.

According to the manufacturer, the LED backlight is designed for a lifespan of 50,000 hours.

The front of the Lilliput TK719/T meets the protection requirements of IP65 and NEMA 4. It is dust-tight and protected against water jets.

The metal housing supports use in professional industrial environments. The protected monitor front is particularly suitable for installation in machine controls, control panels, and industrial operator panels.

Note: The IP65 protection rating applies explicitly to the front of the monitor. The rear connectors and the rest of the housing are not rated as fully IP65-protected.

The TK719/T can be mounted directly into suitable front panels of control cabinets, machine housings, and operator consoles. This panel mount (Recessed Mount) enables space-saving integration into industrial control systems.

The mounting screws required for this purpose are already included in the standard scope of delivery.

In addition, Lilliput offers optional open-frame brackets and a VESA 75 mm bracket for alternative mounting options. These accessories are available separately.

The Lilliput TK719/T features HDMI, VGA, and USB-C, allowing it to be connected to both modern digital signal sources and existing industrial VGA systems.

HDMI 1.4b supports video signals up to 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz. Via USB-C, compatible video signals up to 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz can be transmitted. The display output is rendered at the native resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels.

According to the manufacturer, the USB-C connector supports the simultaneous transmission of video signals, touch data, and power supply. With a suitably compatible signal source, this allows a single-cable connection to be achieved.

Alternatively, the touch function can be connected to the computer via the included USB-A to USB-C cable, while the video signal is transmitted via HDMI or VGA.

For audio output, an integrated speaker and a 3.5 mm headphone connector are available.

The on-screen menu offers adjustment options for brightness, contrast, color saturation, color temperature, and gamma. Additional functions such as image mirroring, image rotation, zoom, Pixel-to-Pixel, and image freeze are also available.

Power is supplied via DC 9–36 V or a suitable USB-C source. The maximum power consumption is 8.5 W at 12 V.

The specified operating temperature range extends from -20 °C to +60 °C. With dimensions of 196.9 × 131.2 × 31.5 mm and a weight of approx. 750 g, the monitor is suitable for compact industrial installation solutions.
