Lilliput Q31-8K 31.5" Production Monitor with 8K 12G-SDI

The Lilliput Q31-8K is a 31.5"production monitor that was specially developed for professional camcorders and video cameras. With its 8K 12G-SDI support and a native resolution of 3840×2160 pixels, the monitor offers precise image reproduction for demanding broadcast and production applications. The combination of four 4K 60Hz video signals to one 8K 60Hz signal via Quad-Link 12G-SDI connection enables modern workflow integration in high-resolution production environments.

The Q31-8K supports various video formats and signal paths via four 12G-SDI inputs/outputs as well as HDMI 2.0 inputs and outputs. The device is compatible with the ST2082-12 video protocol standard and can process video signals up to 8K 60Hz in addition to the standard single-link 12G-SDI connection, the Quad-Link configuration enables the transmission of high-resolution 8K content. An optional 12G SFP+ fiber module expands the connection options for longer transmission distances in professional setups.

The monitor offers special calibration for precise color space reproduction and supports the PRO/LTE version of Light Illusion's ColourSpace CMS. With 94% DCI-P3 color space coverage and various calibrated color spaces such as Rec.709, NTSC and DCI-P3, the device ensures professional color accuracy 300/1000/10000/HLG standards enable the correct display of high dynamic range content. An integrated 3D-LUT system with 17 standard logs and 6 custom logs supports various camera profiles and workflow requirements.

The Q31-8K has a quad split multiview function that enables simultaneous monitoring of multiple input signals from 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SFP+ sources. Colored frames around the individual image sections make it easier to distinguish between the different signal sources. The device offers extensive monitoring tools such as waveform display, histogram, false Color, audio vector (Lissajous), focus peaking and other professional analysis functions. These tools support camera operators and technicians in the precise monitoring of image quality and technical parameters during recording or live broadcast.

A remote control application allows the monitor to be controlled via a computer connection via LAN or RS422 interfaces. The RS422 inputs and outputs enable the synchronization and control of multiple monitors in complex setups. User-definable F1-F4 keys can be configured as shortcuts for frequently used functions such as peaking, underscan or checkfield With a brightness of 350cd/m² and a contrast of 1300:1, the monitor is easy to read even in demanding lighting situations 12-24V DC and consumes a maximum of 65W at 15V. Compatibility with V-Lock or Anton Bauer battery systems enables mobile use without a mains connection. VESA 75/100mm mounting points ensure integration into standard mounting systems 717.5×461.7×47.4mm and a weight of 13.0kg, the Q31-8K offers a solid basis for professional production environments.
