Lilliput Q15-8k 15.6 inch production monitor

The LILLIPUT Q15-8K is a 15.6 inch production monitor that was specially developed for professional camcorders and video cameras. With its 8K resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and 12G-SDI support, it offers precise image reproduction for demanding video productions and film work. The monitor is ideal for broadcast applications, video post-production and professional film production.

The 15.6-inch display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 achieves a brightness of 600cd/m² with a high contrast ratio of 1700:1. The large viewing angle of 170° horizontally and vertically enables optimal viewing from different positions on the set.

The Q15-8K has extensive inputs for various signal sources. Four 12G-SDI inputs support both single-link and quad-link connections and enable processing of 8K video signals at up to 60Hz. Additionally, an HDMI 2.0 input is available, while an optional 12G SFP module expands flexibility with fiber optic connectivity.

The loop-through functionality via 4×12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 enables easy integration into existing production workflows. The ST2084-300/1000/10000/HLG HDR format is fully supported, ensuring accurate display of high dynamic range content.

A special color calibration accurately reproduces the colors of the image color space and supports the PRO/LTE version of Light Illusion's ColourSpace CMS. The monitor offers a color gamut of over 90% DCI-P3 and supports various calibrated color spaces such as Rec.709, NTSC and DCI-P3. The 3D LUT functionality with 17 standard logs and 6 user-defined logs enables flexible color correction during recording.

Professional monitoring tools such as waveform, histogram, false color and audio vector (Lissajous) support technical image control. The HDR comparison mode shows the differences between turning HDR on and off directly on the display.

In Quad Split Multiview mode, various input signals from 12G-SDI, HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SFP+ can be displayed simultaneously. Colored frames around the individual images improve clarity when monitoring multiple sources. Four dedicated buttons allow you to quickly switch between the different input signals.

The Remote Control Application allows the monitor to be controlled via computer software. RS422 and LAN interfaces realize synchronization control of multiple monitors in larger production environments. F1-F4 keys can be individually assigned auxiliary functions such as peaking, underscan and checkfield.

The Q15-8K offers various mounting options for broadcast, on-site monitoring and live broadcast trucks. The 15.6-inch housing fits perfectly into a 19-inch rack and supports multiview functions for multi-camera monitoring scenarios. VESA 75/100mm mounting holes allow mounting on various brackets.

The power supply is via 12-24V DC with a maximum consumption of 37W at 15V. V-Lock or Anton Bauer Mount compatible batteries can be used as a mobile power source. The operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C makes the monitor suitable for various operating conditions.
