The FineVideo WV-HD1 is a wireless HDMI transmission system with a range of up to 50 meters. It transmits HDMI signals as well as an additional infrared signal and is suitable for video cameras, game consoles, playback devices and other HDMI sources.
The system can transmit HDMI signals directly to monitors or other suitable display devices. It operates in the 5 GHz range with variable bandwidth of 20 or 40 MHz and is based on the 802.11 standard.
The latency for progressive video signals is approximately 30 to 50 milliseconds. Tested signals include 720p and 1080p at 25, 30, 50 and 60 Hz. For 1080i signals, the latency is approximately 100 milliseconds.
The FineVideo WV-HD1 is compatible with HDMI 1.3 and HDMI 1.4 3D as well as HDCP 2.0. Supported audio formats include PCM, AAC and Dolby Digital 2.0.
Pairing between transmitter and receiver can be done automatically or manually. Channel selection is also available automatically or manually.
