The microphone arm can be swiveled forward and backward, allowing the headset to be worn over either the left or right ear. The microphone arm also serves as a "talk button". In the vertical position, it mutes the microphone. The headset volume can be easily adjusted using the arrow keys on the headset. The Eartec UltraLITE PRO16 headsets are lightweight (215g) and comfortable to wear for many hours.
