The VariZoom AVIATOR MX is a camera stabilization system for mobile video and film recording. The system consists of a vest, spring arm, sled and accessories and is designed for cameras in the weight range of approximately 0.9 to 6.8 kg.
The design is based on VariZoom's experience with floating systems and is used for stabilized camera operation during moving shots. The carrying vest and spring arm distribute the camera weight across the body, allowing the camera to be guided with greater control.
The scope of delivery includes a low-mode cage and a rod for mounting the camera close to the ground. This allows the system to be used for low camera positions as well.
The VariZoom AVIATOR MX is supplied including a 7 inch SD monitor. An HD monitor with HD-SDI or HDMI is available on request for an additional charge.
- AVIATOR-MX-VL: Supplied with Sony V-Mount battery plates, without batteries and charger
- AVIATOR-MX-AB: Supplied with Anton-Bauer battery plates, without batteries and charger
