The AVMatrix SHARK H4 PLUS is a compact Full-HD video mixer for live production, streaming, training, conferencing, event technology and mobile production applications. The unit features 4 HDMI inputs with automatic signal detection and processes video formats up to 1920x1080/60p.
With an integrated 10.1-inch IPS Full-HD display, T-Bar transition lever, streaming function, USB-C capture output, recording function to USB or SD card, and tally output, the SHARK H4 PLUS offers a versatile all-in-one solution for compact multi-camera productions.
The four HDMI inputs are suitable for cameras, computers, media players and other HDMI sources. Automatic signal detection allows different input signals to be integrated quickly without unnecessarily interrupting the production workflow.
The video mixer supports HDMI signals in the RGB/YUV color space and outputs the program signal via HDMI, LAN streaming or USB-C capture. This makes the SHARK H4 PLUS suitable for both local productions and livestreaming via PC or directly over the network.

Recording is done either to USB storage or SD card. FAT32, exFAT and NTFS are supported, as well as the file formats MP4 and TS. Recordings can be saved in segments of 1 to 120 minutes.
Classic control functions such as T-Bar, AUTO and CUT are available for live switching, allowing sources to be transitioned directly, automatically or manually.
Integrated effects include WIPE, MIX, DIP, STILL / Freeze, Pattern, Mute and Fade to Black, enabling clean transitions, pause images and controlled program switching directly on the unit.
The SHARK H4 PLUS offers Luma Key and Chroma Key for graphic overlays, green screen applications and simple virtual studio setups. Two PIP functions and POP are also available.
Preset images, imported images and captured images are available for graphic content and production aids. A pattern generator and two color generators are also integrated.
The integrated audio mixer processes the audio signals from the four HDMI inputs as well as two MIC/Line inputs via 3.5mm stereo audio, allowing camera audio, playback sources and external audio sources to be processed directly in the mixer.
An audio delay function of 0 to 500 ms supports synchronization of picture and sound. A 3.5mm headphone output is also available for monitoring the audio signal.
The AVMatrix SHARK H4 PLUS features two HDMI PGM outputs, one HDMI multiview output, LAN for streaming and USB-C for capture. A tally output via DB-15 GPIO is provided for multi-camera productions.
