This is the answer for those who love all the options of the SnapCrane but are not willing to spend so much money. The Quick Jib offers you many of the features of the capture crane at an affordable price. With the Quick Jib, you get an economical yet safe, non-losable clamping system for extending the boom, along with stainless aircraft pins attached to a lanyard for quick assembly. The QuickJib is a professional, tool-free jib arm that can be quickly and safely assembled. Like all our products, the QuickJib was designed for years of trouble-free and reliable operation in the field. With great attention to detail, we have created a tool that will be treated with care for generations.

Starting from the simplest package (boom only) to our complete system (recommended), which includes the dolly and tripod legs, you see that safety is the highest priority.

The QuickJib selectively uses industrial powder coating and anodizing for lasting cosmetics, with stainless steel fasteners. The sleek QuickJib surpasses the competition with less air resistance using a four-arm support system (never use in high wind conditions) in windy conditions as cantilever arms. The QuickJib is mounted on any 100mm tripod, although we only recommend non-telescoping legs for safety reasons.

In addition, our Quick Extension Kit can be attached in minutes with absolutely no tools, unlike more complicated systems that require multiple tools and bolts to secure their extensions. The extension kit fits the standard QuickJib with our Captive Clamp Joint system, which uses two ergonomic, high-torque knobs to squeeze the non-losable clamps together, making the connection rock solid.

The VariZoom brake system uses a heavy-duty plate that is firmly connected to the swivel range. The brake compression system is integrated into the left stator of the pan/tilt base and designed to add significant variable resistance but enough tolerance to slide under extreme force that could otherwise topple a locking brake boom system.

Locking Pins - High-quality, strong stainless aircraft bolts are used at the pivot points, secured by a connector to prevent them from being lost.

The camera platform and tilt base connect the boom arm with stainless aircraft pins introduced through sealed radial ball bearings at the tilt base and high-performance slide bearings at the camera platform, resulting in quiet, smooth motion. The camera platform also features a built-in spirit level for quick reference and adjustment.

Telescoping Counterweight Section - telescopic weight arm with up to 3 feet for tremendous flexibility. Extend the arm to reduce the required weight, shorten it to work in tighter spaces, or simply adjust it to fine-tune the counterweight.

Our Heavy-Duty Dolly features a generous spread and a positive leg locking system that securely captures our TCR100 crane tripod.

Our specially made crane tripod is the only tripod we recommend for use with any crane, regardless of brand. We recommend never using a telescoping or collapsible tripod under a crane, no matter how small. When an expensive camera carries over other valuable equipment or people on a raised boom, it's simply a no-brainer to eliminate all risks and use a single cut tripod instead of a telescopic type.

The TCR100 crane tripod is manufactured and designed in-house and is specifically designed for use with the DCR100 Dolly. Safety and strength are top priorities: The TCR100 uses a solid machined (not cast) base plate and fittings for strength and precision, special tubes, and oversized leveling feet for an ultra-stable design that never wobbles or fails when used properly with the DCR100 Dolly.
