The Lilliput RM-503S is a high-quality 2RU rack mount monitor that has been specially developed for use in broadcast environments and live streaming applications. With its three 5-inch displays in full HD format (1920×1080), it offers a compact and efficient monitoring solution for video walls and broadcast trucks. The robust CNC-machined aluminum housing is designed for 19-inch rack installation, taking up minimal space.
The monitor features a 98% DCI-P3 display with full color support for Native, Rec.709 and three custom color spaces. The color calibration function supports the PRO/LTE version of ColourSpace CMS by Light Illusion for accurate color reproduction. HDR support enables extended dynamic range with HLG/ST 2084 standards (300/1000/10000 nits optional), making both bright and dark image details more clear. The integrated 3D LUT function offers 17 standard LUTs and 6 user LUTs, and.cube files can also be loaded via USB stick.
The RM-503S offers a full suite of professional monitoring tools including Waveform, Vectorscope, Histogram, False Color, Peaking, Audio Level Meter, Markers, Zoom function and Timecode display. These functions can be displayed individually in full screen mode and support camera operators and technicians in precise image control. Additional functions such as center marker, aspect marker, safety marker and various image parameter controls enable detailed image analysis.
The device has three 3G-SDI inputs and three HDMI 2.0 inputs that support 4K signals up to 60Hz. Outputs include three 3G-SDI and three HDMI 2.0 ports for loop-through functionality. A LAN port allows full remote control via dedicated software. All monitor parameters, image markers, integrated functions as well as video and audio sources can be controlled remotely. The Tally function is available, although UMD is not supported on this model.
The monitor supports various video formats from 720p to 4K (2160p) in various frame rates and offers a brightness of 450 cd/m² with a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The viewing angle is 160° horizontally and vertically. The power supply is via DC 12-24V with a maximum consumption of 27W. With dimensions of 480×116×88mm and a weight of 2.1kg, the device is ideal for post production and broadcast studio applications where reliable monitoring in a compact design is required.
