The Eartec UltraLITE UL413 HD is a wireless full-duplex intercom mix set for 4 people. It combines single-sided and double-sided headsets in one system and is suitable for teams where different workplaces have different environmental hearing and noise isolation requirements.
This set is designed for workspaces where multiple participants require stronger acoustic isolation need. The single-sided master headset remains open to signals and ambient noise for the managerial position, while three double-sided remote headsets support focused listening. Transmitters and receivers are integrated directly into the headsets, so no separate belt packs are required.

How many people can communicate with the Eartec UltraLITE UL413-HD at the same time?
The set is designed for 4 people and contains 1 single-sided master headset and 3 double-sided remote headsets. In principle, up to 5 UltraLITE units can communicate directly with each other, so that the system can be expanded if necessary.
Is a talk button required to speak to other team members?
No. The system works in full duplex mode so that all participants can speak and hear at the same time without having to press a talk button. Communication proceeds like a normal conversation.
What range does the system have in practical use?
The specified maximum range is up to 400 meters. The actually achievable range depends on the respective environmental conditions, such as obstacles, building structures or sources of electromagnetic interference at the site of use.
Which radio technology is used and is registration required?
The system uses DECT technology 1.9GHz frequency range. This frequency range is registration and fee-free, so that no official approval or frequency registration is required for operation.
How long does a battery pack last in operation?
With a fully charged battery pack, operation for up to 6 hours is possible. Since the lithium batteries are replaceable, the operating time can be extended by carrying spare batteries.

What is the difference between the Master Headset and the Remote Headsets?

Can the microphone be muted?
Yes. The headsets have an automatic microphone mute function that is activated as soon as the microphone arm is raised. Manual operation of a separate mute button is not necessary.
