The Eartec UltraLITE UL321 HD is a wireless full-duplex intercom mix set for 3 people. It combines single-sided and double-sided headsets in one system and is suitable for teams where different workstations have different requirements for ambient hearing and noise isolation.
This mix set is useful if two workstations use single-sided headsets for need better awareness of the surroundings and another participant should hear more concentratedly with a double-sided headset. Transmitters and receivers are integrated directly into the headsets, so no separate beltpacks are required.

What is included with the UL321-HD?
The scope of delivery includes: a single-sided master headset (ULSM HD), a single-sided remote headset (ULSR HD), a double-sided remote headset (ULDR HD), a 10-fold charger, three batteries and a small one Carrying bag.
How many people can communicate with the system at the same time?
The system is designed for three people. In principle, the UltraLITE platform supports direct communication with up to five UltraLITE units, so that the system can be expanded if necessary.
Does a talk button have to be pressed when speaking?
No. The system works in full duplex mode, which means that all participants can communicate with each other at the same time and without pressing a talk button, similar to a normal conversation.
What is the range of the system?
The range is up to 400 meters. The actual achievable distance depends on the respective environmental conditions and the location of use.
Which radio technology is used and is registration required?
The system uses DECT technology in the 1.9 GHz frequency range. This area is registration and fee-free, so no official approval is required for operation.
How long does the battery last in operation?
With a fully charged battery pack, operation for up to six hours is possible. The batteries are replaceable, so that spare batteries can be carried for longer use.
Are separate transmitter or receiver units such as beltpacks necessary in the headsets?
No. Transmitter and receiver are integrated directly into the headsets. No separate belt packs or bodypack transmitters are required, which makes the system particularly easy and uncomplicated to use.

If the microphone arm is folded up, the microphone is automatically muted. In this way, the transmission can be interrupted quickly and easily without having to press an additional button.
