The AVMatrix PVS0403U is a compact all-in-one video mixer in laptop format with an integrated 10.1-inch Full HD monitor and USB-C capture functionality. It combines video mixing, live streaming and recording in a single mobile system, making it suitable for broadcast, events, live streaming, training, conferences and production environments.
The integrated display provides a clear view of preview, program signal, multiview and on-screen menu. Different video resolutions can be processed simultaneously, allowing various HDMI and SDI sources to be flexibly integrated into a production.
Via the USB-C interface, the program signal can be output directly to computers or compatible mobile devices. This allows the video mixer to be used with streaming software and video conferencing applications without requiring an additional external capture solution.
The PVS0403U supports various image compositions such as Picture-in-Picture and Picture-outside-Picture with up to two additional video sources. For green screen and cut-out applications, Luma Key and Chroma Key are available with adjustable parameters.
Logos and images can be imported via USB and embedded as overlays into the program signal. Screenshots can also be captured from video sources and reused as backgrounds or graphics.
For video transitions, the AVMatrix PVS0403U offers various effects such as Mix, Dip and Wipe with multiple patterns. Switching can be performed manually via the T-Bar or automatically.
An integrated media library provides access to standard patterns, imported images and saved screenshots.
The integrated audio mixer processes embedded audio from HDMI and SDI sources as well as external microphone and line signals. For more precise audio-video synchronisation, an adjustable audio delay of up to 500 ms is available per input.
The integrated USB-C capture function enables direct output to applications such as OBS, Microsoft Teams or vMix. The video mixer can be remotely controlled via software over the LAN interface.
Additional features such as tally via GPIO, Fade-to-Black, Mute and Still extend the range of applications in professional production and streaming workflows.
